At Grace Sales, we want you to love your order! It is for this reason
that we encourage you to carefully check all information you
submit to ensure its accuracy. The cards you choose
and the information you submit will be used during the approval step of
the process. So, take an extra minute to be sure everything
is just as you want it to be before you hit the ‘checkout’
button.
Just as we encourage you to double check your work, we encourage our
staff to do the same. Since people are creating your
products, from time to time we will make mistakes. Our goal
is to catch and correct any mistakes before the product leaves our
facility. In the unlikely event that we miss something –
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the error
was created at our facility, we will gladly correct the error and
reship your product at no charge.
USPS Parcel is the standard method of product shipment at Grace Sales,
all orders shipping via USPS Parcel are shipped Free. Other
options are available at an additional cost if you prefer another
delivery method.
Representatives from Grace Sales may contact you via phone,
e-mail or post from time to time to ensure your Postal Carrier Card
order needs are being sufficiently met.
